We are delighted to inform you of the tremendous success of the Energy Trading Challenge organised by our MSc in Energy Management students, ESCP Europe, the RCEM and Smart Global. The event brought together 105 talented students from the world's top universities who competed in a fascinating two-day simulation at our London Campus, with ESCP Europe and LBS teams taking the top three positions. Participants also heard from international industry experts the latest on trading in oil and gas markets. Pictures are available here and further information can be found below.

We would like to announce our upcoming activities and affiliate's conference:

1. Online Q&A session for the Energy programmes: If you are interested in joining our postgraduate MSc in Energy Management (MEM) or the Executive Master in Energy Management (EMEM), we would like to invite you to join our online Q&A session on 15th March. To find out more, click here.

2. The ESCP Europe Electric Vehicle Road Trip 2017 - jointly organised by our Energy Society, ESCP Europe, the RCEM and Global EVRT - will visit five of the School's six campuses (Berlin, London, Paris, Turin and Madrid) between 25th April -10th May. This great initiative aims to support the acceleration of electric-vehicle adoption and a transition to a sustainable, low-carbon future. Sponsorship opportunities are available here.

3. 2nd HAEE Energy Conference taking place in Athens on 18th-20th May 2017, organised by the Hellenic Association for Energy Economics (HAEE), Greek affiliate of the International Association for Energy Economics (IAEE).

The landscape in the new era of energy transition: Challenges, investment opportunities and technological innovations

ESCP Europe Business School and its Research Centre for Energy Management took part as Knowledge Partners at the 2nd HAEE Energy Conference organised by the Hellenic Association for Energy Economics (HAEE) on 18th -20th May 2017 in Athens, Greece.

The HAEE is the Greek affiliate of the International Association for Energy Economics (IAEE) - The conference will focus on challenging energy, economic and environmental issues.

2017: The Year of the Bull or the Bear for the Oil & Gas Markets?

The ESCP Europe Energy Society in collaboration with Smart Global, the Research Centre for Energy Management (RCEM) and ESCP Europe hosted two roundtable discussions on "2017: The year of the Bull or the Bear for the oil & gas markets?" held in tandem with the Energy Trading Challenge 2017.

The event took place on 24th and 25th February at ESCP Europe's London Campus, the discussions brought together world-class academics, top industry experts, and young talent from across the globe.

Academic Programmes
ESCP Europe's Executive Master in Energy Management is an international, part-time, 12-month programme taught in English in London, Paris, Berlin Madrid and Houston TX.
The MSc in Energy Management (MEM) at ESCP Europe is an 18-month, full-time postgraduate programme for those aiming towards a career in the energy sector.
