The Minister of Environment, Energy & Climate Change of the Hellenic Republic and The Ambassador of Greece in London organised the official pre-launch event for: "Greece Offshore Licensing Round 2014".

The event took place on Tuesday 1st and Wednesday 2nd July 2014 at the Hellenic Centre, London. The event was fully supported by the Research Centre for Energy Management (RCEM) at ESCP Europe, The Greek Energy Forum and Natural Gas Europe.

Attendees discussed the offshore licensing opportunities available in Western Greece and South Crete and the latest on hydrocarbons E&P in the region.

At a time when energy has never been more topical and crucial to the UK's long-term prosperity, The Economist's UK Energy 2014 event provided a platform for a rational debate on the country's energy agenda.

On June 10th in London, key stakeholders from the industry including government, regulators, investors, consumers, campaigners, think tanks and energy companies asked the critical questions and focused on the required actions and solutions.
