The Research Centre for Energy Management (RCEM) at ESCP Europe was pleased to announce the Energy Management - Meeting the Standard Conference. The event took place on 21st June in Liverpool. This one day conference was hosted by the Energy Institute as part of the International Festival for Business 2016’s Energy and Environment Week.

23rd & 24th June; ESSEC Business School, Avenue Bernard Hirsch, 95021 Cergy-Pontoise Cedex, France

The Research Centre for Energy Management (RCEM) at ESCP Europe was pleased to support the Energy and Commodity Finance Conference 2016 organised by ESSEC Business School. The event took place on 23rd-24th June 2016, in Paris.

The Energy and Commodity Finance Conference 2016 followed in the footsteps of a long standing series of Energy Finance meetings that held their first event in London in 2004 and nowadays represents the benchmark academic conference in the area.

10th November, 2016; The HAC, London

We are proud to announce that ESCP Europe Business School and its Research Centre for Energy Management were taking part as a Supporting Partner at this year’s Energy Summit organised by The Economist Events. The conference took place on 10th November at The HAC in London.

Global energy markets are at an inflection point and the coming period will be characterised by a rapid decline in the carbon intensity of the global economy and faster growth in the deployment of renewables, fuelled by the Paris agreement in late 2015. Although oil prices remain low, the shift towards lower-carbon energy sources will prove far longer-lasting, creating profound implications for the energy industry and challenging the future of energy companies.
